Abstract:
The report is a users manual for Rands Programmer-Oriented Graphics Operation POGO, a FORTRAN software package for forming and modifying visual images on a television screen by dynamic interaction between a computer console and a human operator interactive computer graphics. POGO is based upon the Integrated Graphics System IGS, a computer graphics software package for use with a variety of machines and machine languages, devised under contract with the Advanced Research Projects Agency at Rand in 1968.
