Abstract:

The basic question is whether or not the US policy in the Middle East is adequate to promote peace over the next decade. Is modification required or should we devise a new policy based upon the current situation. Data was gathered using literature search, lectures on the Middle East were attended and basic policy plans reviewed. An appraisal of the past is made. Future considerations are discussed.
