Abstract:

Attention is directed toward the mechanical properties of amorphous semiconductors, specifically at high pressure. As one facet of this investigation, the isothermal compressibilities of Te15Ge3As2, Te15Ge2As3, and As2Se3 have been measured to 5kbar.
