The problem of creep and the heat resistance of alloys has been the subject of numerous studies and generalizations. In this work a diffraction electron microscope was used to study the role of crystal lattice defects and their interaction with phase particles in the behavior of alloys on a nickel-chromium base during creep at a temperature above 0.5 T melt. Studies were also made of certain structural factors which ensure increased resistance to creep.
