Investigative techniques were developed and used to develop and evaluate glide slope techniques for problem site conditions. These techniques were used to serve as a basis for developing and evaluating modification of the 60 foot waveguide array and the reduced aperture array and for evaluation of the Redlich array. Evaluation of the antenna was carried out in terms of a digital modeling of this performance as measured by computed characteristics equivalent to those normally taken for commissioning i.e. level flight and structures. The level flight and structure were computed for conditions for which the antenna might be applied. Author Modified Abstract
