The report provides algorithms and proofs of their correctness which actualize the data-sharing model of Harmonious Cooperation of Processes Operating on a Common Set of Data, Part 1 AD-757 902. Also included are a sketch of the coordination of the algorithms in Part 2 in the operation of the Scheduler of Part 1 and a brief analysis of the storage required to implement this version of the Scheduler.
