Abstract:

NTENNA, AND A Spiral Log Periodic Antenna.Research and development technical rept.,DAccardi,Richard J. These antennas are primarily vertically looking radiators intended for use in ionospheric sounding. Measured patterns and theoretical considerations are presented along with details of the construction of both delta antennas and the transportable delta erection system. Included for comparison is the Granger Associates Model 798 Logarithmic Periodic Spiral Antenna. Author
