Abstract:

The report presents the proceedings of the twenty second in a series of annual international symposia arranged by Microwave Research Institute of the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn. Main themes of the symposium were the fundamental theories associated with the study of computer-communications networks and teletraffic and their application to the analysis and design of message switching networks, store and forward systems, communication nets and time shared computer systems.
