Abstract:

The paper describes the FORTRAN computer program developed to solve a resource-constrained zero-sum game used to determine the value of naval general-purpose forces. The paper describes the input data required and the output produced, and includes program listings. The Lagrange multiplier procedure used to solve the game is described in Lambda Paper 76, Multiple-Resource-Constrained Game Solution.
