Abstract:
Two modulation systems are described. In the first one a triangular wave voltage is used to modulate a thermocouple signal. Together with this system is given a description of a new galvanometer relay system wherein the drift of the photosensitive resistors in the galvanometer is of no importance. Secondly a description is given of a simple way of modulating a Wheatstone bridge with an indirectly heated negative temperature coefficient resistor. Both systems enable temperature control to plus or minus 0.01 degC. Author
