Abstract:
For rocket flying bodies, a pressure generation system is discussed, where the pressure gas is stored in liquid form and is injected into the fuel. By that the fuel is heated up, vaporizes and generates the pressure gas. For experimental investigations, water and liquid air are used as simulators instead of fuels. Liquid air is injected into the water through a single inlet. Injection pressure drop and nozzle diameter are varied. Author
