The main report describes the work performed in response to USACDC Work Directive 2-72, Improvement of the War Gaming Capability WAGCAP. The volume summarizes the principal activities and results of the WAGCAP project. The chronological development of the study is described and interrelationships of the various elements of the project are presented.
