Abstract:
Authors discuss the polymer coating as an antifriction element for bearing inserts, using polyamide material to determine adhesion strength to metallic backing. Studies were carried out to 1 establish the effect of temperature gradient on adhesion strength 2 determine the influence of oil saturation on adhesion 3 evaluate the total effect of other factors on adhesion strength.
