Abstract:
The objective is to provide a model to deal with multidimensional social goals on both a regionalized and a national basis, and to relate these to each other. Input-output analysis is used to connect economic policy variables in a Keynsian framework. Various proposals for revenue sharing are exhibited and interpreted in the light of the possibilities the model admits.
