Abstract:
The authors discuss the problem of the stability of a boundary layer, on a flat plate, consisting of two layers a highly viscous liquid in direct contiguity to the plate, and an external current of less viscous liquid. Stability of the more viscous current is provided by the small consumption, while stability of the outer current is investigated by the small disturbances method. The authors discuss the maximum value of the maximum value of the Reynolds number. Author
