Provisioning estimates under present procedures have been subject to criticism as a result of inaccuracies which have occurred in the provisioning process. Inaccuracies occur as a result of the many unknowns which exist at the time provisioning takes place. The authors of the thesis sought to improve the provisioning process by reducing these unknowns through a systematic analysis of Category 2 data, which is not currently used in the provisioning process. Tabular and graphical presentations of the results are displayed an analysis is made. Following this analysis, the authors draw conclusions and make their recommendations for improving the provisioning process. Author
