LUTION OF 250CM WAS USED TO MEASURE NIGHT-SKY SPECTRAL RADIANT STERANCE RADIANCE IN THE 450-NM TO 2000-NM WAVELENGTH REGION. The experimental sites were remote locations in Panama, United States, and Canada. Details of night-sky radiation measuring system, calibration equipment, and procedures for data acquisition and analysis are presented. A large number of night-sky radiant sterance spectra recorded under various types of nighttime meteorological environments and moon phases are presented. The results are compared to measurements reported in the literature. The night-sky radiant sterance spectra presented in this work are unique in two respects They cover the wide wavelength region from 450 nm to 2000 nm and They were recorded under a large variety of nighttime, atmospheric, optical environments.
