The objective of this report is to demonstrate similarities in the adhesive bond strength of different polymers after plasma exposure and to present a relation that correlates the data reasonably well. A STATISTICAL TREATMENT IS GIVEN OF ADHESIVE BOND STRENGTH AS A FUNCTION OF TIME OF PLASMA TREATMENT OF POLYMER FILMS. For a number of polymers, a reasonably good correlation was obtained. Data for PVF, Teflon, Nylon, polyvinylidene fluoride, acetal, polystyrene, polyester, and Celcon are presented. P.S.-PL
