Abstract:

The report describes the activities performed during a staff study on the cost and training effectiveness of proposed training systems. Development of a training effectiveness and cost effectiveness prediction TECEP model has begun. An application of the TECEP model using the TA-4 advanced jet training system was performed to test the feasibility of the model.
