Abstract:

A technical report is any preliminary or final technical document written for the permanent record to document results obtained from and recommendations made on scientific and technical activities relating to a single project, task, or contract or relating to a small group of closely-connected efforts within the DOD Research and Development program. The system described is a method of producing a report of high-quality, proportionally spaced, direct impression typographic copy. These reports receive wide distribution to the scientific and military users, and, after appropriate clearance, may be available to the public.
