Abstract:
Tests of the high frequency freeze drying unit in subliminating ice from some food products and model bodies has shown that the high frequency insulation applied to the surface of the high voltage electrode prevents the formation of an arc discharge in the freeze drying chamber ionization of the steam-air mixture affects the operation of the high frequency oscillator the sublimination unit can be used for further investigations in the dielectric heating of products with high frequency electric energy.
