Abstract:

For the present program the Navy provided a standard operational NOMAD ocean data buoy, designated ANSMT-1, meteorological station, automatic, marine. Rockets and rocketsondes were made available mechanical and electronic equipment were developed by the contractor. The result was integrated into the NOWEB system and installed aboard NOMAD.
