Abstract:
The presence of extremums for a constant volume, Cv, in the supercritical area is explained in a hypothesis on the nature of Cv at the critical point. In the article, the author discusses the behavior of the heat capacity jump on the coexistence curve, and analyzes the behavior of CP in the supercritical area. All of these investigations enable him to determine the parameters of the equation of the substances state near the critical point. Author
