Abstract:
As a result of the systematically conducted research and numerous experiments, the basic questions and dependencies were elucidated related to the synthesizing of white titanium-zirconium enamesl with increased alkali resistance. A study was made on the role of zirconium silicate, the most suitable ratio of TiO2ZrO2, the influence of ZnO, fluorides and phosphates on the white color and turbidity. Compositions were established for alkali-resistant white titanium enamels with very good physical-mechanical indexes.
