Abstract:
A report on a study of the feasibility of combining a surface effect ship SES with low take-off and landing-speed aircraft in order to create an antisubmarine warfare ASW aircraft carrier CVS with advanced characteristics. An approach is suggested that would utilize the next generation SES a 2000-ton testcraft and the S-2 aircraft to demonstrate the concept. Author
