Abstract:

Two hundred 200 prototype suppressor modules of a new design were fabricated. This new design contains the zener diode, a fuse, and an indicator lamp, in a housing which is almost identical to one end plug of the connecting cable for the previous MX-7778GRC suppressor module. Thus, a drastic reduction in size and weight were effected while retaining essentially the same zener diode suppressing function. Author
