Abstract:
An analysis of heat capacity data for metals shows that in using the resistance of the sample to determine the high-temperature heat capacity and the contribution of the vacancies, the value of the equilibrium concentration of the vacancies can be increased 2-3 times and the relaxation time of the vacancies can be lowered several orders of magnitude. Such an error is not possible if the pulse and modulation methods are used in the relaxation variant with the given independent measurement. Author
