Abstract:

The paper concerns uses of a basic algorithm developed in another paper in establishing the existence of a derivative in the mean square sense together with an estimate of its norm and of the error in approximating by a finite difference ratio, and the existence of a generalized second derivative in the sense of Schwartz together with a corresponding inequality.
