The major objectives of this program were accomplished. A process was developed for the 1 synthesis, 2 work-up, and 3 pelletizing and film blowing of an improved emulsion polystyrene dosimeter material. The process was demonstrated to be reproducible and capable of producing a high quality dosimeter film. Numerous experimental samples were made during the course of this work. The nature of these samples was dictated by Oak Ridge National Laboratory ORNL test results and jointly agreed upon by ORNL and MRC at various check points as the work progressed. Author
