Abstract:
The final report presents a resume of the analysis of data from the satellite Hitch-Hiker I 1963, 26B, OV1 - 9 1966 - 111A and OV1 - 13 1968 - 26A, of the theoretical work done on the characteristics of the electrostatic analyzer, and of a model for the earths radiation belts developed as a result of the analysis of the satellite data. This resume is under the form of a list of all the papers published in scientific journals, or presented at scientific meetings. The data analysis pertained to a electron data with E 0.7 MeV in the outer radiation belt of the earths magnetosphere, b electron and proton data with 10 or E or 50 keV, in the inner and outer radiation belts, and c low energy proton data with 0.08 or E or 5 MeV in the outer radiation belt. The bulk of this final report has to do with the data analysis of the low energy proton data, with 0.08 or E or 5 MeV, which was performed during this past year. Author
