Abstract:
This is the second Annual Report of the Cambridge Project, a cooperative effort to make digital computers more useful in the behavioral sciences. The participants include computer scientists, statisticians, and behavioral scientists from a wide range of specialities. Most of them are at M.I.T. of Harvard University. The work of the Project has two main parts 1 developing computer methods and programs that are needed in behavioral science and its applications 2 combining those developments, and others, into a consistent system of tools for behavioral scientists from a variety of disciplines. The second part of the work is at present based on the Multics time-sharing system at M.I.T. Author
