Abstract:

In order to study the lubricating properties on cermet sleeve-bearings the authors synthesized given high trialkylphosphine sulphides TAFS. The original substances for synthesizing TAFS were appropriate trialkylphosphine oxides. The latter were reduced by the action of trichloromonosilane to corresponding phosphines, which were reacted directly with sulfur. This considerably reduced the technological process and raised the TAFS yield to 90 percent. The lubricating properties of these compounds were estimated according to the following antifriction characteristics of a sliding friction pair friction coefficient, ultimate permissible load, the length of operation under self-lubricating regimes.
