The purpose of the report is to describe the design, operation, and capabilities of an improved laboratory test device that is intended to simulate the reaerosolization of a powder in the field. The improved apparatus was tested with various CS2, resorcinol, and para-aminobenzoic acid powders particle sizes between 2 and 15 microns MMD at a range of airflow rates and was found to give a linear relationship between airflow rates and percent reaerosolization.
