Abstract:

The investigations were carried out on an aluminum alloy Al-Mg-Si PA4 under an uniaxial state of stress at a temperature of 296K. The tests were performed with a given constant mean stress and various given stress amplitude coefficients. For the first stress amplitude coefficient, the frequencies of the given oscillating load were applied for the second stress amplitude coefficient given, the frequencies were 0.0033 Hz, 21.8 Hz, 31 and 37 Hz. In both cases it was found that the vibrational creep curves were the higher, in relation to the static creep curve, the lower the applied frequency.
