Abstract:
The quasiparticle description formed the basis for experimental interpretation of the spectra of a broad range of crystals. Phono, magnon and electronic excitations were observed and interpreted. The studies on surface quantization of metal oxide semiconductor surfaces has suggested a new family of infrared devices. Author
