Abstract:
The following bounds for the overshootundershoot epsilon of the unit step response of a bandlimited system are derived 1pi the integral from omega0T to infinity of K sub 0 XidXiepsilon1piK sub 0omega sub 0T, where 2T is the rise time, -omega sub 0, omega sub0 the bandwidth and K sub 0 the zeroth order modified Bessel function of the second kind.
