Abstract:

The book is an attempt at the systematic preservation of the basic problems connected with the principles of the construction and design of computers in the light of the indicated problem. Among them are the interdependent questions of the construction of developed internal languages and interpreting systems, memory allocation systems and the organization of the process of the solution of problems. The complex character of the functioning of these systems causes the need for their investigation in the process of development. The complication of the structures of computers requires the utilization of a new procedure of algorithmic designing. In accordance with this, the book examines the principles of the investigation of variants of the functioning of systems and the basic questions of algorithmic designing of the operational and control devices of a computer are presented. Inasmuch as the theory of the algorithmic structures of machines has not yet been constructed, specific attention is also devoted to questions of the terminology, classification and systematization of structural concepts and categories.
