Intended for the programmeranalyst, this report documents the specifications for generating the state numbers defined for the model and for using the set of FORTRAN subroutines that make up the flow model program package. The report provides summary information on the format of core arrays and tape records and the identification of data sets. The subroutine specifications cover these items subroutine name, operation, argument list, calling-program dimension requirements, inputoutput files, control cards, and definitions and programming considerations.
