Abstract:

The document covers the interaction of forces in conflict by modeling such phenomena as discrete processes. The methods developed are applied specifically to the analysis of certain types of air battles to which these approaches are particularly suited. A comparison of deterministic and stockastic battle models is the main objective. The matter of primary interest in the research is the behavior of the mean numbers of survivors almost all of the analysis and results and centered on this aspect. However, the general behavior of variances of survivors is discussed in the last chapter and is recommended as an area for more extensive research. Author
