A new method was developed, and computer programs were written for evaluating and plotting the electronic charge density in crystals of the diamond structure from x-ray diffraction form factors. Present calculations are restricted in the 110-plane of diamond. This treatment is also applicable to Si, and it can be extended to other planes. Author
