Abstract:
The aspects of decision making emphasized in the study were choice and judgment in relatively uncomplicated situations. The initial problem investigated was the generality of speed and confidence. The second part was the investigation of the relationship of certain personality variables to speed and to confidence of judgement. Speed of decision was obtained on six tasks and confidence of judgment was obtained on six tasks. Author
