The clinical history, gross and microscopic necropsy findings are presented in a case of hydronephrosis in a goat due to a primary neoplasm of the urinary tract. The neoplasm, a transitional cell adenocarcinoma, had interfered with urine flow to a degree that hydronephrosis and subsequent uremia resulted.
