Abstract:
The paper is concerned with linear operators M having the property that Mu epsilon C implies u epsilon K, where C and K are given sets. Sufficient conditions for this property have been derived earlier. Here, dual formulations of these sufficient conditions and the property itself are established. The equivalence of the dual and primal conditions is proven for polyhedral sets C and K. Generalizations depend mainly on the availability of appropriate separation theorems. Author
