Abstract:

The research performed during the four year period is reviewed. The four major areas of research included an investigation of the fundamental, instrumental, and methodlogical applications are included studies in atomic emission, atomic absorption, and atomic fluorescence flame spectrometry and of the development of selective gas chromatographic detectors. All studies, whether fundamental, instrumental, or methodological, were directed toward the goal of improved methods of trace analysis of elements and molecules in gases and solutions. Author
