Abstract:
The main objective of the experimental study was the enhancement of mixing of jets. Three different techniques of mixing were studied a turbulence production at the jet interface, including the case where the jet or primary stream and secondary stream velocities are equal, b addition of a swirl component to the jet, c an increase in jet density. All experiments were conducted in a coflowing and ducted secondary air stream atmospheric conditions. Author
