Abstract:

A study was made of the capacity of various mold fungi to synthesize cellulolytic enzymes during submerged cultivation in a medium with the carbon source being substances containing cellulose surgarbeet pulp, cotton, filter paper or lactose. Molds of the Trichoderma genus synthesized C1 and C2 enzymes on all the tested media. The strain T. viride-1 forms enzymes saccharifying cotton fiber by 40-60 the strain T. viride-271 releases enzymes disaggregating cotton fiber but not saccharifying it. Author
