Abstract:

An Author Certificate has been issued for a thermoanemometer containing a sensing element, which consists of thermal resistors placed in the casing with membranes dividing it into working and compensating chambers, and a signal-converting circuit, which consists of a square-pulse generator, a recording milliammeter, a direction indicator and a supply unit. To expand the range and increase the accuracy of measurement, the working chamber of the sensing element is constructed in the form of a container with a ratio of diameter-to-height of 11.4, and its open end is fitted with a removable diaphragm.
