Abstract:
Major accomplishments of a research project concerned with theoretical problems in solid state and low temperature physics are outlined. The project, which extended over a 15-year period, was conducted from a many-particle point of view with emphasis on superconductivity, liquid helium, nuclear structure, and electrical conduction in metals and semiconductors.
