The fourth Symposium was designed to bring together astronomers, physicists, and workers in general relativity to discuss problems of mutual interest. A large number of topics was discussed at the Symposium the current status of work in these subjects is reviewed in this report. The highlight of the Symposium consisted of the papers and discussion concerning pulsars. A narritive report is given of the papers presented.
