Abstract:
To now, a universal decoder capable of correcting any number of errors in any combination could be materialized only for small n and q n - number of symbols in one code combination, q - number of symbol distortions in one code combination. Iterative-circuit structures permit solving a more general problem with no restrictions imposed on n and q. A method for reducing the complexity published by the author in the same issue AT7032823 may be used to make the universal decoder practical. The process of multiple-error correction by the structure is detailed. Author
